FAQ - ABOUT SHIPPING
What is the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order by checking your order history in the account dashboard. We also suggest using tracking id on 17track.net to check the latest status of your order package.
Do you do same day shipping?
No. Usually your order will be shipped within 3 business days.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship from China or France.
For shipping outside of these countries, please do a inquiry to our customer support first.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Most US orders ship within 72 hours and should arrive within 7-21 business days after dispatch. A tracking number will be sent to your email after shipment.
For International orders, it will cost 2-3 weeks for delivery if we don't have set warehouse in your country.

Can I change my order?
We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipment.

How do I track the progress of an order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and a text notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and credit card payments.
Is it safe to use my international credit card on this site?
We use a third-party payment processing service to process all international credit card payment transactions. These payment intermediaries are PCI compliant, the most stringent level of certification standard, ensuring that all cardholder data is securely stored, processed and transmitted using industry-standard encryption techniques.
What currency will I be billed in?
We currently only trade in US dollars. If your international credit card is in another currency, you will be charged in US dollars, depending on which website you visit. Your bank may apply an appropriate exchange rate for your chosen currency according to their policy. Please consult your bank for specific fees.
FAQ - ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchange?
Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must already be sold on our online store
- This item should not be used in any way
- Items should have their original packaging with all tags etc.
- A request for refund or exchange on products should be made within 30 days of delivery.

Are returns free?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it's our fault (such as, wrong item sent, defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
